Calfeed, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Calfeed,” “we,” “us”), operates calfeed.ai. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available.

• Account data: email address, handle, and authentication identifiers when an account is created.
• Content: schedules, descriptions, files, and calendar data submitted to generate or edit calendars.
• Usage data: log files, device/browser info, IP address, and basic analytics events.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. Calfeed does not store card numbers.

• Generate calendars, hosted feeds, and public calendar pages.
• Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
• Process payments, manage credits, and send transactional email.
• Improve the product (aggregate, non-identifying analytics).

Schedule text, files, and images submitted for calendar generation are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for processing. We do not train models on customer content. Providers process content per their own terms.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the product:

• Hosting and database: Vercel, Neon.
• Email: Resend.
• Payments: Stripe.
• AI processing: Anthropic.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4.

We do not sell personal information.

We use minimal cookies for authentication and basic analytics. Analytics events are aggregated and not used to build advertising profiles.

When a calendar is published, its public URL serves event data to anyone with the link. Do not submit private information into events intended for a public feed.

• Account data: kept for the life of the account.
• Calendar content: retained until deletion or auto-archive (90 days after the last event).
• Logs: 90 days.

Depending on jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), rights may include access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Email privacy@calfeed.ai to exercise these rights.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect submitted data. No system is perfect; report suspected vulnerabilities to privacy@calfeed.ai.

Calfeed is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
