Terms.

These Terms govern use of calfeed.ai and related services (“Service”) provided by Calfeed, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Calfeed,” “we,” “us”). Using the Service constitutes acceptance.

Calfeed turns text, files, and links into hosted calendar feeds. Generated calendars may be shared via public URL or embedded.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for account security and activity.
• One person or legal entity per account.
• You must be 13 or older.

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activity or to publish illegal content.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or harassment.
• Scrape, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

• The Service is priced via credits purchased through Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing may change with notice; existing credit balances are honored.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless we collect them at checkout.

You retain ownership of content submitted to the Service. By submitting it, you grant Calfeed a non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display the content as needed to provide the Service (including AI processing through third-party providers and serving public calendar URLs you publish).

You represent that submitted content does not violate any third party's rights.

Calendars published with a public URL serve event data to anyone with the link. You are responsible for choosing what to include. Do not publish private information.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Calfeed and licensed, not sold. No rights are granted other than those needed to use the Service.

You may close the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. On termination, hosted public calendars may be deactivated.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors; review before use.

Calendar subscription propagation depends on third-party calendar apps (Apple, Google, Outlook, others). Calfeed does not guarantee specific update intervals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calfeed's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid to Calfeed in the twelve months before the claim or (b) $100. Calfeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify Calfeed against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
