Refunds.

• Within 14 days, zero credits used: full refund. Email support@calfeed.ai with the receipt.
• Credits already used: non-refundable. Used means consumed for a calendar generation, edit-window extension, or re-open.
• Beyond 14 days: non-refundable, even if no credits have been used.

• Active periods are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans: no pro-rated refunds. Manage your subscription from /billing.
• Charged in error: contact support within 7 days for review.

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate account suspension. We'd rather fix the problem — email support@calfeed.ai.

1. Email support@calfeed.ai from the address on the account.
2. Include the Stripe receipt or charge ID.
3. Refunds process within 5 business days.

If a refund decision is contested, the matter is handled per the Terms.
