Quick answer
Each EventLink team calendar publishes its own feed link right on the calendar page: copy it once and subscribe from Apple, Google, or Outlook, no login needed after that. The link carries a token unique to that team, so treat it as private rather than something to post publicly. To follow more than one team, combine every feed into one calendar link with a tool like Calfeed instead of managing several separate subscriptions.
Plenty of club and school programs run their team calendars on EventLink. Unlike Arbiter, the calendar feed link sits right on the calendar page, no email round trip needed. The one thing to know: it is a private link, not a headline URL to post anywhere.
Find the calendar feed link
Open the team's page in EventLink and go to the calendar view. Copy the calendar feed link from that page.
Treat the link like a password
The EventLink feed link carries a token in the URL, unique to that team's calendar. That is normal, and it is why it should stay private: paste it into a calendar app, or send it directly to the people who need it, but do not post it on a public page or an open group chat.
Subscribe on iPhone or Android
On iPhone, tap the link (in an email, a text, or Safari) and confirm the subscription in Calendar. On Android, open calendar.google.com on a computer or phone browser, go to Other calendars, tap the plus, choose From URL, and paste the link in.
Either way, practices and games start updating on their own after that. Apple checks about once an hour, Google every 12 to 24 hours.
Following more than one team
A coach running a full program, or a parent with kids on different teams, ends up with a separate EventLink link for each one. Paste every feed into Calfeed's merge tool instead, and it reads all of them into one combined calendar link: up to 10 feeds free, 25 on Pro. A program with seven team calendars gets one link back instead of seven.
